Welding Clothing Manufacturer in Pakistan

Looking for a Reliable Welding Clothing Manufacturer?

Leather Welding Apparel Made in Sialkot for US Buyers

Saxum Group is a welding clothing manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. We make leather welding jackets, welding aprons and sleeves, spats, blankets and hoods for distributors, welding supply stores and private label brands, many of them in the USA.

Split leather handles heavy spatter. Chrome leather is softer and moves better. And for long shifts in the heat, a jacket that mixes leather with flame retardant cotton is often the smarter pick (our leather vs FR cotton jacket guide explains why). Pair the clothing with our leather welding gloves and a welder is covered from head to boots. Sizes, colors, pockets, logo and packaging can all be changed, and quotes come back within 24 hours.

Welding Clothing We Make

Gloves look after the hands. The arms, chest, legs and feet need their own gear, and that’s what this range is for. Most of it is split or chrome leather, because leather handles sparks and spatter better than almost anything else a welder can wear all day.

Welding jackets

Three main styles. A premium soft split leather jacket with flame retardant cotton fabric (leather where the sparks land, cotton where the welder needs to stay cooler), a soft leather jacket with button closure, and a chrome leather jacket with an inside pocket. Welding pants can be made to order as well.

Welding aprons

Bib aprons in soft split and chrome split leather. Options include six pockets, a front chest pocket, a buckle fastening or finished leather straps. An apron is the usual pick for bench welding, when a full jacket would just be too hot.

Sleeves, spats and accessories

Welding sleeves in chrome leather and gold split leather, plus soft leather sleeves with neck straps or with a neck and chest cover. Ankle spats and spat covers keep slag out of boots. Our split leather welding blanket protects nearby equipment and floors, and we also make a leather welding hood with mesh lining.

Which Welding Clothing Does Your Team Need?

Here’s the short version. For light MIG or TIG work at a bench, an apron and a pair of sleeves are often enough. For all-day stick welding, overhead work or heavy spatter, go for a full leather jacket and long gauntlet gloves that overlap the sleeve. Our welding glove length guide explains how the glove and jacket should overlap, and you’ll find the gloves themselves on our leather work gloves page.

Custom and Private Label Welding Clothing

Your logo, your colors, extra pockets, a longer cut, a different closure. We make samples first, then move to bulk once you’ve approved the details, with production of up to 100,000 pieces a month across our range. Leather comes from Leather Working Group gold members and our woven fabric from OEKO-TEX certified mills. See how a custom order runs on our services page.

Welding Clothing Manufacturer Exporting to the USA

US welding shops go through aprons, sleeves and jackets quickly, which makes welding clothing a steady repeat order for distributors. We make US sizing, add your logo and labels, and pack to your carton marks.

Most orders leave Karachi by sea for New York and New Jersey, Savannah, Houston or Los Angeles, and usually arrive in four to six weeks. Small urgent orders can fly out of Sialkot instead and land in about a week. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP, samples come by DHL or FedEx, and every shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Leather gloves usually clear under HS heading 4203.29, and your customs broker will confirm the duty. Our guide to importing from Sialkot covers the rest.

US standards for welding clothing

ANSI Z49.1 is the standard US buyers usually point to. It covers safety in welding and cutting and asks for clothing that keeps sparks and spatter off the skin. If a customer needs a test report for a specific item, tell us when you ask for a quote and we’ll talk it through. We don’t print claims that haven’t been tested.

Do you ship welding clothing to the USA?

Yes. By sea to the main US ports, or by air for urgent orders, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Welding Clothing FAQ

Which leather is best for a welding jacket?

Split leather is the workhorse for heat and spatter. Chrome leather is a bit softer and more flexible. If heat is the bigger problem than spatter, a jacket that mixes split leather with flame retardant cotton is more comfortable to wear for a full shift.

Can you put our logo on aprons and jackets?

Yes. Printed or embroidered branding, plus custom labels and packaging for retail.
