Leather Welding Gloves Made for the Way Welders Work

Welding gloves have a hard life. Spatter, heat, grinding dust, and then they get stuffed in a back pocket at lunch. So we don’t try to make one glove that does everything. A TIG welder and a stick welder need almost opposite things from the same pair, and pretending otherwise just gives you a glove nobody really likes.

That’s the whole idea behind our range. Thin goatskin where the welder needs feel. Thick split cowhide and long cuffs where the sparks are heavy. Lining, thread and cuff length picked for the job, not for the catalog photo.

If you’re a welding gloves supplier, a PPE distributor or a brand building your own line, this page shows what we make and how buyers usually order. Pretty much everything can be changed: leather, color, length, lining, logo, packaging.

MIG and Stick Welding Gauntlets

Twenty-five split leather gauntlets in our standard range. Each one can be made in your colors, with your logo, lining and cuff length. Tap Get a Quote and the product code goes straight into a WhatsApp message. Unsure which one fits the job? Read our TIG vs MIG vs Stick guide.

TIG Welding Gloves in Grain Leather

Soft grain leather on the hand for feeling the filler rod, split leather on the cuff for heat. Not sure between Grade A and AB? Our Grade A vs Grade AB guide explains the difference.

Grain leather can be goatskin or cowhide, in Grade A or Grade AB. Tell us the code and the grade you want, and we will quote within 24 hours.

Short Cuff Welding Gloves

For bench work, grinding and quick jobs where a long gauntlet just gets in the way.

Prices depend on leather, lining, size mix, branding and quantity. Send us the product code and your quantities and we will quote within 24 hours.

Our Welding Glove Range

Four families of gloves, each built around a different kind of heat.

14 inch MIG welding glove with white cuff

MIG welding gloves

Usually 14 inches, in split or grain cowhide with a cotton or fleece lining. Enough padding for spatter, enough feel for the trigger. They come in blue, red and black options, with or without a reinforced palm.

18 inch heavy duty leather welding gauntlets

Stick and heavy duty gauntlets

16, 18 and 24 inch gauntlets in thick split leather, lined, often with a double palm, thumb and fingers. Made for stick welding, gouging and overhead work where molten metal lands on the forearm.

Grade A goatskin TIG welding glove

TIG welding gloves

Thin goatskin in Grade A or Grade AB, with a split leather cuff. TIG is about control, so the palm stays soft and the fingertips stay sensitive enough to feed the filler rod.

Aluminized heat resistant glove

Heat resistant and aluminized gloves

One finger and five finger heat resistant mittens, plus aluminized gloves that reflect radiant heat. Handy near furnaces, in foundries and for moving hot parts.

Why Buyers Choose Our Welding Gloves

We’ve been making leather gloves for over 20 years, and the company is 100% export-oriented, so shipping deadlines and paperwork are part of a normal week here. The plant is ISO certified and has passed inspections by leading brands.

We have 20+ CE certified products, and our leather comes from Leather Working Group gold members. If your market needs EN 12477, tell us when you ask for a quote and we’ll talk through testing for that model.

Leather Welding Gloves Wholesale for US Distributors

Here’s the short version. We make the gloves in Sialkot, you sell them in the US, and everything in between (samples, labels, cartons, paperwork) is something we sort out with you before the first order ships. A lot of our welding glove buyers are distributors and private label brands in the States, so US sizing, US English packaging and UPC-ready labels are normal requests for us, not special ones.

How shipping to the USA works

Most of our welding gloves go out by sea from Karachi to the big US ports: New York and New Jersey, Savannah, Houston, and Los Angeles or Long Beach. Sea freight is the cheap way to move full cartons, and it usually takes four to six weeks door to door. In a hurry? Small and urgent orders can fly from Sialkot instead. It costs more, but the boxes land in about a week.

We quote FOB or CIF, and DDP when you’d rather not deal with customs yourself. Samples come by courier (DHL or FedEx) in a few days, so you can feel the leather before you commit to a bulk order. Leather gloves usually clear under HS heading 4203.29. Your customs broker will confirm the exact code and duty rate for your product, and we send the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment. First time importing from Pakistan? Our guide to importing work gloves from Sialkot walks through it step by step.

US standards for welding gloves

There isn’t one single US test that every welding glove must pass. What buyers usually look at is ANSI Z49.1 (the general safety standard for welding and cutting, which calls for flame resistant gauntlet gloves) and ANSI/ISEA 105, which rates gloves for things like cut, abrasion, puncture and heat. If your customers ask for a specific rating, tell us when you ask for a quote and we’ll talk through testing for that exact glove. We’d rather be honest about what a glove has been tested for than print a claim on the box.

Not sure which style your welders need? Our TIG vs MIG vs stick welding gloves guide and the welding glove length guide help you pick, and our welding aprons and sleeves pair well with longer gauntlets.

Welding Gloves FAQ

Do you make TIG, MIG and stick welding gloves?

Yes, all three, plus heat resistant and aluminized gloves. Each one uses a different leather and length, because each process throws a different kind of heat.

Which leather do you use for welding gloves?

Goatskin for TIG gloves, where feel matters most. Cowhide grain and split for MIG and stick gloves, where thickness matters more. All of it comes from Leather Working Group gold member tanneries.

Which glove lengths can you make?

14, 16, 18 and 24 inch are our usual lengths. If you need something in between, ask us and we will look at the pattern.

Can you put our logo on the gloves?

Yes. Printed or embroidered on the cuff, with your own colors, labels and packaging.

Do you ship welding gloves to the USA?

Yes. Most orders go by sea to New York/New Jersey, Savannah, Houston or Los Angeles, and urgent ones go by air. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP.

Are your welding gloves ANSI certified?

We don’t print a certification unless the exact glove has been tested. If you need an ANSI/ISEA 105 rating, tell us at the quote stage and we’ll arrange testing for that style.

How do I get a price?

Send the style, quantity and sizes through our contact page or WhatsApp us on +92 333 8785849. You will get a quote within 24 hours.
